Our plan is to eat at all of the great places Centre County has to offer. To start, I opened a google map and typed in ‘food’ and ‘Centre County’. Whatever popped up, I added to The List. I also added places recommended to us, and places that I’ve read about or those that might not of popped up in the Google search engine. Feel free to let me know if I’ve missed somewhere great and we will add it.
Again, our list does not include chain restaurants, unless they are a local chain (I’m looking at you Brothers Pizza.)
I created a master excel spreadsheet (because I love spreadsheets, truly) that lists name, location, type of food, when we went, our notes etc. And of course its color coded and searchable. Because again. Spreadsheets. It’s not meant to be static, of course new places will be added when they open and taken off when closed. Zola ! NO!!!!!! say it ain’t so.
